Can I choose the appraiser or does it have to be one appointed by the bank?

Imagin provides you with a list of approved appraisers which you can choose from. This ensures that the appraiser meets legal and professional requirements. Although you can suggest one, the bank will have to accept and confirm the appraiser for the appraisal to be valid.
