1. The MyBox Vida policy has an initial duration of three years, and its premium is paid monthly. There is no surcharge for paying it in instalments. If the policy is renewed, the renewal premium can be recalculated as per the conditions of the policy. Starting from the fourth year, the MyBox insurance policy will be renewed automatically. 2. Coverages available only to insured persons up to 63 years of age (included), whose premium will be calculated taking into account the insured capital and the age of the insured at that time. Coverage for certain cancers, myocardial infarction, and certain serious illnesses (bypass surgery, stroke (apoplexy), non‑temporary renal failure, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and vital organ transplant) are mutually exclusive. This means that if any of these contingencies occurs, the others will be terminated; 50% of the capital provided for death or permanent total disability coverage will be paid, and the remaining 50% of such capital will be maintained exclusively for death and permanent total disability, death by accident, and permanent total disability by accident coverages, which shall remain in force for that amount. Likewise, a waiting period of 90 days shall apply to coverages for certain cancers, myocardial infarction, and certain serious illnesses.
3 Coverages available only to insured persons up to 63 years of age (included), whose premium will be calculated taking into account the insured capital and the age of the insured at that time. Double capital in the event of an accident, applicable in cases where permanent total disability occurs within a maximum period of 2 years from the date of the accident. Coverage for permanent total disability applies in the event that the insured suffers an irreversible physical condition, beyond their control, that completely prevents them from performing any type of paid work, whether self-employed or employed by others. Situations that prevent the insured from carrying out their usual profession, but allow them to perform another job, profession, or trade, are not considered permanent total disability (permanent total incapacity). Clients from 64 years of age and up to 67 years of age may only contract MyBox Vida with death coverage. All coverages, except for death coverage, will expire at the end of the month in which the insured turns 67.
