  • Does the imaginBank account come with any fees?

    There are no fees with the imaginBank account! You can open your account and send and receive money at zero cost. You will also become an Infinity imaginer automatically and can enjoy the most exclusive benefits. 

  • How do I sign up for a no-fee imaginBank account if am already a CaixaBank customer?

    You can open an imaginBank account even if you already have a CaixaBank account. You can do this directly in the imagin app and start using your account with no fees. 

  • Can I open more than one imagin account?

    At imaginBank, we like simplicity. Therefore, we only permit one account per user. Why have multiple accounts when you can manage everything in one account?

  • Can I register another account holder?

    No. The imagin account only permits one account holder.

  • I can't see my imaginBank bank account. What do I have to do to see it in the app?

    If you already have a bank account and don't see it in the app, you just need to synchronise your products. From the 'Home' section or from the 'Profile options' menu, select the option 'Synchronise your imaginBank products'. Just enter your passwords provided to you by your branch and the movements of your account will automatically appear in your imagin app.

  • How do I take out a loan, insurance, or any other product?

    In the 'Products' section you will see all our products: instant loans, travel insurance, saving methods, cards and much more. But remember that you need to become an Infinity imaginer, by opening a bank account, to get them.

  • How do you request a debit card?

    To request a debit card, first you need to become an Infinity imaginer by opening an imaginBank bank account. From this point on, you will be able to request any of our products, including a debit card.

  • How do you request a credit card?

    To request a credit card, first you need to become an Infinity imaginer by opening an imaginBank bank account. From this point on, you will be able to request any of our products, including a credit card.

  • What insurance can you take out?

    To take out insurance, first you need to become an Infinity imaginer by opening an imaginBank bank account. Currently, the available types of insurance are imagin&Buy insurance, to protect your card purchases, savings insurance, dental insurance and travel insurance. We are working hard to offer you much more.

  • Can I use Bizum within the imagin app?

    To use Bizum, first you need to become an Infinity imaginer by opening an imaginBank bank account. If you already have one, start to send and receive money easily. 

  • Does it cost to pay with Bizum in imagin&Split?

    No! Bizum is free of charge for all our customers.

  • Why can't I use Bizum to pay for what I owe in imagin&Split?

    You can only pay a friend with Bizum if you have an imaginBank bank account. If you do not have an account, you can pay what you owe in cash or through another payment method outside of the application.

  • What should I do if my card does not arrive?

    Don't fret, it takes an average of 2-3 weeks to receive the card. If this period has already elapsed from when we told you we had sent it, contact us, and we will check. 

  • How can I consult the transactions on my card?

    You can consult the transactions on your card from the 'Wallet' section. Just click on the card and a new window will open showing your latest transactions. 

  • Why does the balance on my card not coincide with the transactions performed?

    If the money on your card does not coincide with the transactions you have performed, you probably have authorisations that are pending confirmation.
    In this case, 2 things can happen:
    • The store must confirm the transaction and the amount will be deducted from your balance within a maximum of 7 days.
    • After 7 days the store cancels the transaction, and therefore the initial balance is automatically re-established.
    These variations often occur with petrol stations, hotels, airlines and certain e-commerce stores.

  • How do I change my card PIN?

    You can change your card PIN at any CaixaBank ATM by selecting the "Change PIN" option.

  • My card doesn't work. What do I do?

    If your card is damaged, isn't working in ATMs or stores, or the number, expiry date or CVV are no longer visible, you can cancel the card using the imagin app. 

    Select your Reload card under the 'Wallet' section. Go to the 'Card options' menu and select 'Block card'.

  • How can I cancel/block my Reload card?

    You can do this easily in the imagin app: select your Reload card under the 'Wallet' section. Go to the 'Card options' menu and select 'Block card'.

    To block it, you can also call 902 302 044 (00 34 93 591 83 76 if you are calling from outside of Spain).

    In both cases, you will be able to request a card replacement at the same time, which will be sent to the address you indicate within a maximum of 10 days.

  • Can I use my card abroad?

    You can use your imagin card to pay in all shops around the world that accept Visa (except for some motorways, parking metres and car rental companies).

  • What transactions can I carry out at an ATM?

    You can access more than 9,100 CaixaBank ATMs in Spain with a personalised imagin menu to carry out multiple operations:

    • Withdraw and deposit money.
    • Send money to anyone.
    • Deposit cheques.
    • Check your balance and transactions.
    • Change your card PIN.
    • Change the language.
  • Which ATMs can I use to withdraw money with my imagin card?

    All ATMs!

    It's so easy: there are over 50,000 ATMs in Spain within the Euro6000, 4B and ServiRed networks where you can use your imagin card to withdraw money. However, withdrawals are only free at CaixaBank ATMs, where you will also have a customised menu with access to imagin operations.

    Other service providers (not CaixaBank) may apply a surcharge fee when you withdraw money, which we will charge to your account. This surcharge fee is applied by the institution that owns the ATM.

    However, for your peace of mind, please note that the service provider is required to display the exact amount of the surcharge fee on the ATM screen. Therefore, you can decide whether to cancel the transaction before it goes through. Furthermore, the amount of surcharge fee can vary and is not applied by all ATM service providers.
