  • What is a current account?

    It's an account in which you can deposit and take out money instantly with no penalties (unless you do so through an adviser in a branch). At imagin we offer you a bank account with no fees, you just have to download the imagin app and register in very few steps. More info here.

  • How much does an account and its services cost?

  • Can I register another account holder?

    Yes, it is possible to open a multi-holder account. But with two small conditions: 1. The two account holders must be imagin customers with a bank account, and 2. The account must be opened jointly by the two account holders from the branch. You cannot add an account holder to an account already created. Ah, and the maximum number of holders you can have is 2!

  • Does the imaginBank account come with any fees?

    There are no fees with the imagin account! You can open your account and send and receive money at zero cost. In addition to your account, you will have free cards at your disposal, as well as any financial or non-financial products and services.

  • What happens if my account is overdrawn?

    We will be able (but not obliged) to pay for you to avoid problems with the recipient of the money. Remember that if we do so, we will charge you for the money we have lent you. If you don't want us to do so, you can always tell us.

  • I can't see my imaginBank bank account. What do I have to do to see it in the app?

    If you already have a bank account and don't see it in the app, you just need to synchronise your products. From the 'Home' section or from the 'Profile options' menu, select the option 'Synchronise your imaginBank products'. Just enter your passwords provided to you by your branch and the movements of your account will automatically appear in your imagin app.

  • How do I make a transfer from imagin?

    To make a transfer from imagin, go to the "Transfers" section, select "New transfer," select the source account and the destination IBAN, enter the amount and the reference and finally confirm the transaction.

    All done! Remember, if you don't know the IBAN, you can always send a Bizum - you only need the recipient's mobile phone number. More info here.

  • How do I take out a loan, insurance, or any other product?

    If you are an imagin customer, in the "Products" section, we offer you a wide variety of financial products such as loans, cards without fees, savings, investment or financing solutions. You just need to enter the app, and go to the "products" section by clicking on the menu below. You will find all the necessary information there, although if you want to see the best of imagin, you can see more here.

  • What insurance can you take out?

    At imagin we innovate every day, so we recommend that you go to the app, head to the insurance section within products to see all our range of insurance (travel, mobile, sports insurance with Yolo....)

  • What happens when I want to pay or request money in a non-euro currency?

    We will charge you for the equivalent amount plus a percentage. If you are interested, here are our applicable exchange rates.

  • Where do I go if I need to carry out a face-to-face transaction at a branch?

    You can carry out virtually all transactions through the imagin app or CaixaBank ATMs. However, if you need to go to a branch, you can go to any CaixaBank branch. Remember that if these transactions can be carried out through the app and/or ATM, but they are completed at the cashier's desk of a branch, they will have an additional fee of €2 per service used.

  • How can I save?

    Traditional piggy banks are overvalued. Head to imagin and start saving for your next adventure! You will find a range of savings products, to choose the one that best suits you: My Goals, or imagin&Pias. 

  • How does imagin&PIAS work?

    Set how much you want to save each month and this amount will be set aside on the first business day of each month. You must make a regular or extraordinary contribution between €50 and €666 a month plus minimum annual interest. This way, you will save gradually up to €8,000 a year or €240,000 between all the PIAS you have taken out globally. You can withdraw the money whenever you like at no cost! If you don't have enough money, don't worry, we will try again in a few days

  • How does a Savings Goal work?

    My Goals is a free service that will help you to save little by little: You can have up to 5 goals at the same time!

    - You can set a goal and reach it at your own pace.

    - You can make regular contributions or set resolutions, and withdraw funds whenever you want! You can add money from your account in order to meet it earlier.

    - You will not receive interest, but there are no maintenance or administration fees either.

    Creating a goal is very easy!

    1) Go to the imagin app > products in the lower menu > Savings > My Goals

    2) Create a goal, add a name, a photo, and most importantly, how much money you want to save and how soon.

    3) Edit it or withdraw the money saved whenever you want! Access the app, go to your goal and you will see a menu at the top right. To change the amount and the period, go to 'Edit goal'. To withdraw all or part of your savings, 'Withdraw money'. It's that simple, and cost free!

  • Information for applying for loans

    Do you need more money? go to the imagin app and calculate the price of your loan. You can also repay it in 3, 6, 10 or 12 monthly payments. Hey! Don't forget to send all the documentation that we ask you for as soon as possible. After you do so, we will respond in less than 48 hours! Once your loan is approved, sign from the app and enjoy your money!

  • How do I invest in an investment fund?

    If you are an imagin customer, from the products section within the Investment section, you can access the catalog of available funds. From each Fund you have access to the information sheet of the same with detailed information on its profitability, portfolio composition and other details.
