  • How can I change my profile details?

    You can change your personal details whenever you want. From the 'Home' section, go to the 'Profile options' menu and select 'My profile'. Here you will see all the information you can edit.

  • How can I change the language of the application?

    You can see the app in English, Spanish or Catalan. If you want to change the language, go to the 'Profile options' menu from the 'Home' section, and select 'Settings'. Here you can select the language. 

  • What should I do if I can't remember my password?

    If you can't remember your login password for the app, click the "Can't log in?" option on the home screen. We will ask you some security questions to confirm your identity and to help you retrieve your password.  

  • I want to change my password. How do I do it?

    If you need to change your password for the app, go to 'Profile options' from the 'Home' section and select 'Settings'. Then go to 'Change imagin password' and update your password in a jiffy. 

  • How can I change the criteria of the advertising I see?

    You can change the settings regarding the processing of your data for receiving imagin advertising at any time. You just need to go to the 'Profile options' menu in the 'Home' section and select 'Settings'. Then go to 'Privacy' and tell us how you want us to communicate with you.

  • How can I leave imagin?

    We hope we never have to say goodbye, but if at any time you want to end our relationship, you can go to the 'Profile options' menu from the 'Home' section and select 'Settings'. Here you will see the option to delete your account.
