Go to "My Cards", select the card you wish to activate and tap on “Add to Apple Wallet”.

Check and confirm
Confirm your card details and read and accept the Terms & Conditions.

Your card is ready
You can now start paying with your Apple Wallet-linked card.

What is Apple Pay?

Apple Pay is a payment service that enables payments in stores, websites and apps using the latest models of Apple devices.

Which devices are compatible with Apple Pay?

With iPhone, you can pay in stores with models iPhone 6 or later.

On which cards can Apple Pay be activated?

You can activate Apple Pay on eligible imagin cards. In the imagin app, you will see that eligible cards display the button “Add to Apple Wallet”, while ineligible cards do not display this button.

I have an imagin card, but I am unable to enable Apple Pay.

Make sure your card is eligible. To do so, open the imagin app, and you will see that eligible cards display the button “Add to Apple Wallet”, while ineligible cards do not.

How can I check my most recent transactions?

You can visualize all your Apple Pay transacttions upon accessing to your card details section in the app. You will also be able to visualize the last 10 transactions in your Apple Wallet.

What happens in the event of loss or theft of my iPhone or Apple Watch?

From the imagin app or the website you will be able to activate, temporarily block or limit specific capabilities of each one of your cards, such as online purchases or adult entertainment. You will also be able to temporarily or permanently “shut down” your card if you do not remember where you left it, or you will not be using it for some time, or it has been stolen.

Can I continue using my imagin physical card if I shut down or remove my active cards on Apple Pay?

Yes, when you shut down or remove your Apple Pay cards, your physical card will remain active and you will still be able to use it for your payments.
