  • How do I request an imagin card?

    Requesting an imagin card is very simple. You just have to go to the imagin app, wallet section and choose the card that best suits you. MyCard? Credit? Carnet Joven? You can see all the available cards here.

  • Are imagin cards free?

    Totally! There are no issuance or maintenance fees.

  • Who can request an imagin card?

    Any Spanish resident over the age of 18 years old (with a Spanish ID or Foreigner's ID). However, remember:

    - You can request the imagin Reload or prepaid card without having to open a bank account.

    - For all other imagin cards, you must have an imaginBank account.

  • How can I activate my imagin card?

    You can activate the imagin card easily from the imagin app. Choose your card in the "Wallet" section, go to the 'Card options' menu and select 'Activate new card'. You can also activate your card at any CaixaBank ATM or by making a purchase that requires a PIN. It's that easy!

  • What should I do if my card does not arrive?

    Don't fret, it takes an average of 2-3 weeks to receive the card. If this period has already elapsed from when we told you we had sent it, contact us and we will check.

  • How can I consult the transactions on my card?

    You can consult the transactions on your card from the 'Wallet' section. Just click on the card and a new window will open showing your latest transactions.

  • My card has expired. How can I renew it?

    If your card has expired, don't worry. We will send you a new one to your home address automatically one month before it expires

  • How do I change my card PIN?

    You can change your card PIN from any CaixaBank ATM, selecting the PIN. You can also change it from your app: go to the Wallet section, select the card and the card icon; once inside you can modify it in the context menu.

  • How can a card be temporarily frozen?

    At imagin, you can temporarily or permanently disable a card. Just go to the app, select the "Wallet" option and choose the card you want to block. Select the "Block cards" option from the context menu. Then you can enable it again in the same way.

  • Can I use my card abroad?

    You can use your imagin card to pay in all shops around the world that accept Visa (except for some motorways, parking metres and car rental companies).

  • What is MyCard?

    Do you not know about MyCard? This new type of card combines the advantages of a credit card with the convenience of a debit card. It takes 2 days for a transaction to post to your account and you can view the details of any pending charges from your accounts section.

  • What is the Reload or prepaid card?

    This is a prepaid card, without any fees, that you can order without having to open a bank account. You can only spend whatever you top up, and if your balance runs out and you need more, relax! You can top up your card whenever and wherever you want from the imagin app.

    You can use the card to:

    - Pay in all shops around the world that accept Visa (except for a few motorways, parking metres and car rental companies).

    - Buy online securely.

    - Ensure that your spending does not get out of hand thanks to only being able to spend what you top up.

    - Check your money and transactions performed through the app. Request your imagin Reload card by downloading the imagin app and we will send it where you tell us.

  • Do you need a bank account to request a prepaid card?

    As it is a prepaid card, you don't need to open a bank account to request the Reload card. You can only recently sign up for the MAD LIONS card as a prepaid card if you are infinity, and only the leads can taje out the prepaid card.

  • How and where do I top up my prepaid card?

    You can top up your prepaid card from:

    - The imagin app: Go to the 'Wallet' section, select the card you want to top up and click on 'Top up card'. Next, indicate how much you want to top up and enter the details of the credit or debit card you want to move the money from. A confirmation message will appear.

    - A CaixaBank ATM: Enter your card at a CaixaBank ATM and select 'Top up card'. Indicate how much you want to top up, ensure that all the transaction details are correct and select the option 'Credit, from the credit on the card'. Remove your prepaid card and enter the credit or debit card you want to move the money from. Enter your PIN and choose whether you want to top up the card by a debit or credit payment. Select 'Confirm transaction' and a confirmation message will appear.

  • Why can I no longer see my Reload card under Wallet?

    If you cannot see your Reload card in the 'Wallet' section, it may be because you cancelled it at some point and have not ordered a new one.
    If you want to request a new card, email info@moneytopay.com with the subject line 'Request new card', including your full name, ID number and contact number that you provided to us the first time you requested a card. You will receive your card at your home address within 10 days.

  • What are the balance limits of my Reload card?

    If you are a Reload imaginer, you can top up up to €250 per year on your Reload card. You can increase the limit to €5,000 per year if you validate your identity via a video call.

  • My Reload card has expired, how can I renew it?

    MoneyToPay, the company that issues the Reload cards, automatically sends a new card one month before it expires.

  • Why does the balance on my card not coincide with the transactions performed?

    If the money on your card does not coincide with the transactions you have performed, you probably have authorisations that are pending confirmation.
    In this case, 2 things can happen:
    • The store must confirm the transaction and the amount will be deducted from your balance within a maximum of 7 days.
    • After 7 days the store cancels the transaction, and therefore the initial balance is automatically re-established.
    These variations often occur with petrol stations, hotels, airlines and certain e-commerce stores.

  • My card doesn't work. What do I do?

    If your card is damaged, isn't working in ATMs or stores, or the number, expiry date or CVV are no longer visible, you can cancel the card using the imagin app.

    Select your Reload card under the 'Wallet' section. Go to the 'Card options' menu and select 'Block card'.

  • How can I cancel/block my Reload card?

    You can do this easily in the imagin app: select your Reload card under the 'Wallet' section. Go to the 'Card options' menu and select 'Block card'.

    To block it, you can also call 900 300 300 (+34 93 887 25 15 if you are calling from outside of Spain).

    In both cases, you will be able to request a card replacement at the same time, which will be sent to the address you indicate within a maximum of 10 days.

  • Which ATMs can I use to withdraw money with my imagin card?

    All ATMs!

    It's so easy: there are over 50,000 ATMs in Spain within the Euro6000, 4B and ServiRed networks where you can use your imagin card to withdraw money. However, withdrawals are only free at CaixaBank ATMs, where you will also have a customised menu with access to imagin operations.

    Other service providers (not CaixaBank) may apply a surcharge fee when you withdraw money, which we will charge to your account. This surcharge fee is applied by the institution that owns the ATM.

    However, for your peace of mind, please note that the service provider is required to display the exact amount of the surcharge fee on the ATM screen. Therefore, you can decide whether to cancel the transaction before it goes through. Furthermore, the amount of surcharge fee can vary and is not applied by all ATM service providers.

  • What transactions can I carry out at an ATM?

    You can access more than 1,300 CaixaBank ATMs in Spain with a personalised imagin menu to carry out multiple operations:

    - Withdraw and deposit money.
    - Send money to anyone.
    - Deposit checks.
    - Check your balance and transactions.
    - Change card PIN.
    - Change language.

  • How can I pay with my phone?

    Using mobile payment is super easy and free! To activate it, just follow these steps:

    - If you have an iPhone, you just need to activate Apple Pay from your Wallet app.

    - If you have an Android with NFC, download your mobile card using the imagin pay or Samsung Pay payment system.

  • How do I activate mobile payment?

    Whether you have an iPhone or an Android, go to the 'Wallet' section and choose the card you want to activate mobile payment, by tapping on "download mobile payment". You will also be able to activate and deactivate them whenever you want. Further info here.

  • Can I pay for with my smartwatch?

    Yes, you can now download imagin cards on your watch and pay comfortably through this device. We already offer FitBit Pay, GarminPay and SamsungPay. More info here.
