FAQs about imagin’s cashback.

1. What is the cashback programme?

It’s a programme that allows imagin customers to get back some of the money they spend on purchases made with imagin cards (including virtual cards) in physical and online shops of various brands. Access is free, but you have to comply with the terms and conditions. The programme is available to adults with an imagin account and an associated card.

2. How does the cashback programme work?

Log in to the imagin app.
Go to “Cashback” on the start page or the “Products” menu.
When you see a deal, you’re automatically eligible for cashback.
Review the terms and conditions of each offer.
Make your purchase with your imagin card.
If you meet the requirements, you’ll receive your cashback (at most 90 days).

3. How do I turn on my cashback deals?

They are automatically enabled when you view them in the app. To make sure you turn them all on, scroll down and review all the options.

4. When should the leased vehicle be serviced?

Enable the deal and confirm its terms and conditions.
Make your purchase with your imagin card within the specified dates and requirements.
Cashback will be automatically credited to your associated account (within at most 90 days).

5. What happens to cashback if I return a purchase?

If you return part of your purchase, your cashback will be adjusted proportionally. If you return your entire purchase, you will not receive cashback.
