You can activate your card in various ways:
- At any CaixaBank branch.
- Through the imagin App.
- By calling 900 211 211.
- Open the imagin App, and go to the Wallet section.
- Choose your card.
- If you have an Android device, click on "Enable mobile payment." If you have an iOS device, click on "Add to Apple Wallet".
All CaixaBank ATMs have a menu with voice guidance and a braille keyboard.
All operations are simple, guided and with little text, a larger font size and high contrast, complemented with audio.
Our bank cards include the CaixaBankProtect® service, which offers the following advantages:
- It allows you to report purchases and transactions that you do not recognise within 13 months following the date of the transaction.
- You have a helpline available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- You will receive free alerts when any unusual transactions are made.
- The CaixaBankProtect Emergency service is included.
You can block your card and request a replacement from the imagin App:
- From the "Wallet" section.
- Click on the card you want.
- And in the top right menu, select the option "Block card"
If you cannot access the imagin App, you can call us free of charge on 900 211 211 in Spain, or on 0034 93 591 79 50 if you are abroad.
You only need to provide your ID card or identification document, and tell us which card you wish to block.
CVV: a 3-digit security code.
PAN: the number of the card. This consists of 16 digits.
