FAQs

Yes, when you open your imagin account with no fees, you could get up to €750: 

  • €250 when you direct deposit your salary (offer valid in all of Spain). 
  • €500 if 10 friends of yours use your “friend code” when they register with imagin (€50 for each friend). 

It's explained in detail in the following questions. 

To receive the €250 net, you have to direct deposit a salary of €1,500 or more into an account opened with imaginBank.  

You must also meet the following conditions: 

  • Duration: Keep your salary direct deposited for 48 months. 
  • Tax regulations: This income is considered a cash payment and could affect your income tax return, in keeping with the applicable laws. 
  • Restrictions: The offer cannot be combined with any other direct deposit promotions (salary, freelancers or pensioners) made after 01/01/2022, or with salaries transferred from another CaixaBank account. 

If your paycheck is between €900 and €1,499.99, you can opt for the €150 net promotion with the same conditions. 

You can direct deposit your salary into the imagin app and follow these steps: 

  • Tap the salary banner. 
  • If you have several accounts, select the one you want to deposit it in. 
  • Let your company know so it can deposit your salary into your new imagin account. 

No, opening an account and taking out a card in imagin won't cost you anything, regardless of whether you receive your salary by direct deposit in your CaixaBank account. But if you direct deposit it now, you'll be eligible for the current promotion and get up to €250. 

To receive the €250 payment, you must first: 

  • Register for the promotion. 
  • Direct deposit your salary within 4 months of signing up. Keep in mind that transfers are not considered salaries for the purposes of this promotion. 

Once we confirm that everything is correct and that you have received a deposit labelled “salary”, we will send you the €250, which will be in your imagin account in a few days. 

You can invite up to 10 friends to sign up as customers with your friend code, which you will find in the imagin app. 
The people you invite have to: 

  • Download the imagin app. 
  • Enter your friend code. 
  • Sign up as customers and accept the terms and conditions.  
  • Deposit at least €5 and activate Bizum in their new imagin account. 

If your friends meet the conditions, you will receive €50 for each one, meaning you could get a total of €500 if you bring 10 friends. 

Your code doesn't expire, so you can use it whenever you want. Just keep in mind that there is a maximum of 20,000 rewards available. 

As soon as we confirm that your friends meet the conditions, we will make the payment, which will arrive between the 5th and 10th of the following month.

4. Offer of €150 net valid in Spain for newly direct deposited salaries of between €900 and €1,499.99 in an account opened in imaginBank, with a 48-month commitment. Offer of €250 net valid for Spain for newly direct deposited salaries of €1,500 or more in an account opened in imaginBank, with a 48-month commitment.
