What is a travel card?

It's a card designed to use outside Spain without imagin charging you any fees. With imagin cards—MyCard, imagin Debit and imagin Credit—you can pay in any currency and withdraw cash by debit card abroad without us charging any fees for doing so. So there's no need for a special travel card: the one you already have goes wherever you do.

Which currencies can I pay in with the card?

You can pay in any currency worldwide. When you make a purchase abroad, the card network's official exchange rate for that day is applied, with no additional currency conversion fee charged by imagin

Is there a spending limit when using the card abroad?

You can withdraw cash up to the limit set for your card. You can check and change it at any time in the app.

Will I be charged any fees for paying in a foreign currency?

Not by imagin. We don't charge any fees for paying in another currency: the card network's official daily exchange rate is applied, with no extra charge from us.

Can I withdraw cash abroad with my card?

Yes. You can withdraw cash by debit card from ATMs outside Spain without imagin charging you any fees. Just bear one thing in mind: the ATM you use may charge its own fee, and that's outside our control.

How do I withdraw cash in a foreign currency?

Withdraw money just like you would in Spain: find an ATM, insert your card or use contactless if it's available, and choose the amount you
want. If the ATM offers to convert the amount into euros for you, decline the option: you're usually better off with the day's exchange rate.

Will I be charged any fees for withdrawing cash abroad?

Not by imagin. We don't charge any fees for withdrawing cash by debit card outside Spain. The only fee you may have to pay is the one charged by the
ATM operator, not by imagin.

What should I do if I lose my travel card while I'm abroad?

You can block your card instantly in the app, wherever you are. If you find it again, you can reactivate it just as quickly. And if you need
help, our customer support team is available 24/7.
