  • How many times can I use the same discount?

    Each discount has its own circumstances and the conditions may vary. Each promotion within the 'Enjoy' section explains whether the benefit can be used more than once.

  • How long do the discounts and experiences last?

    In general, the benefits we offer are permanent. However, there may be some that have a limited availability period. In this case, this will be specified in the promotion.

  • Why does it say that I need to be a Reload imaginer or an Infinity imaginer to get certain discounts?

    If you become a Reload imaginer, you will gain access to certain blocked discounts. If you open a bank account, you will automatically become an Infinity imaginer, and will gain access to absolutely all the benefits and discounts.

  • How long will it take to receive my booking reimbursement?

    This depends on the company you made the booking with. In general, with all travel agreements, the reimbursement is made from 60 days after the booking. But don't worry, if this is not the case, this is specified in the promotion.

  • The discount has not been applied correctly for me. What should I do?

    Sometimes we also make mistakes! Contact @imaginresponde and we will resolve the incident as soon as possible.
