How much do I need to have saved to make the down payment on my mortgage?

You will need at least 32% of the value of the property: 20% for the purchase (at CaixaBank we finance at most 80%) plus between 12% and 15% for taxes and other costs (notary, entry in the register, etc.) related to the sale (this percentage may vary depending on the region where the property is).
