• If you accept the proposal, you will need to submit a number of documents which we will tell you about.
• After reviewing the documentation, we will appraise your new property.
• With all this in place, you will be able to sign the pre-contractual documentation at CaixaBank.
• After signing, you will have to wait 10 calendar days (14 in Catalonia) before you can go to a notary and finally sign the mortgage.
