What are the steps to take out a mortgage?

The first step in taking out a mortgage is to become an imagin customer. Once you're a customer, you can apply for your mortgage from the app by following these steps:

Simulate your mortgage payment.
Press "Apply" to complete a simple form that will take you no more than 2 minutes.
A specialist will review your application and give you a price tailored to your needs.
If you accept the proposal, you will need to submit a number of documents which we will tell you about.
After reviewing the documentation, we will appraise your new property.
With all this in place, you will be able to sign the pre-contractual documentation at CaixaBank.
After signing, you will have to wait 10 calendar days (14 in Catalonia) before you can go to a notary and finally sign the mortgage.
