Yes. imaginBank's fixed-rate mortgage includes fees for early repayment both in part and in whole. These fees are regulated by law and only apply if there is a financial loss for the bank. The limits are as follows:  

• During the first 10 years: up to 2% of the repaid principal. 
• From the eleventh year onwards: up to 1.5% of the repaid principal.  

In addition, imaginBank does not charge an opening or assessment fee for this mortgage.
