Frequently Asked Questions

What is the ESIS (European Standardised Information Sheet)?

The ESIS (European Standardised Information Sheet; FEIN in Spanish) is a mandatory document that financial institutions must provide to customers before signing a mortgage contract. Its purpose is to clearly and concisely present all the features and conditions of the mortgage loan, including the interest rate, term, fees and other essential aspects. This allows consumers to easily compare different mortgage products with full transparency.
