All loans are a financing operation for consumer goods granted for a specific purpose; In other words, CaixaBank's ImaginBank gives the customer a certain amount of money that they will have to repay through regular instalments within a specified term and at a specific interest rate. This is a transaction guaranteed by the solvency of the holder or of the persons who guarantee it, if applicable.
Go to the Imagin app, tap on the products tab and apply for your loan.
Once the loan has been approved and signed by the customer, the money is paid into the account immediately and is fully available.
For the imagin&Go loan, the money is deposited instantly into your account.
As soon as possible. It will depend on the requirements to analyse each operation. For example: If any documentation is requested from the customer (purpose, salary, etc.), we cannot continue with the analysis until the customer has provided the documentation. In this situation, the approval depends on how long the customer takes to send us this information.

Signing the loan contract is easy! In the loans section, go to the icon that appears in "Documents pending signature" and follow all the steps. You will also need the code that will be sent to you by SMS to confirm that it is you. If you do not receive it, you can also request it in 'Receive code via phone call'. Check in Settings that your mobile phone number is correct! If the mobile phone that appears is not yours, please go to a branch so we can verify your new number.
