The card has no issuance or maintenance fees. It is a product of the hybrid payment entity CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., E.P., S.A.U., which markets it through CaixaBank, S.A. Users’ funds are protected by being held in a separate account in CaixaBank. Granting of the credit card is subject to prior approval by the bank.

To get the Facilitea voucher, you have to meet the following conditions:

• Direct deposit your salary in an account opened at imaginBank. The salary amount must fall into one of these two ranges:
  • Between €400 and €899.99 (5,000 vouchers available).
  • From €2,500 per month (2,000 vouchers available).
• Keep your salary direct deposited for 24 months.
• Remain a customer for a further 24 months, with an active account or deposit at imaginBank and a minimum balance over €5.
• Not have participated in other promotions for direct depositing an income (salary, self-employed or pensions) since 1st January 2023.

Anyone with an imagin account can direct deposit their salary. If you don't have one yet, you can open one easily when you become a customer.

You have to inform your company's human resources department of the change and give them the imagin account number where you want to receive your salary from now on. 
Once you notify the person or company that pays you of your new account number, they will make the transfer to that new account. The change usually takes effect with the next payment after the request.

Holding an account or card with imagin does not incur any fees, even if you don’t have your salary paid into it.

No, the imagin online account does not pay interest (0% AER, 0% NIR).

Once your first salary payment is received in your imagin account and the relevant conditions are met, the incentive will be paid in the following days. Standard transfers do not count as salary payments for the purposes of this promotion.

To be eligible for this offer, you must direct deposit your salary and it must be clearly identified as such; normal transfers do not count as salary payments for the purposes of this campaign.

The promotion is valid throughout Spain and depends on the amount you receive each month:

• You will receive €150 net if you have a salary of between €900 and €1,499.99 paid into an account opened with imaginBank, with a 48-month commitment.
• You will receive €250 net if you have a salary of €1,500 or more paid in, also with a 48-month commitment.

The incentive paid to you counts as income and may affect your income tax return, depending on current tax regulations.

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions for income direct deposit (salary, self-employed income or pensions) that you have taken advantage of since 1 January 2022, nor with salaries already paid into another CaixaBank account.

The incentive is considered investment income and is subject to withholding tax in accordance with current regulations. In other words, the amount will be reported to the tax authorities and must be included in your income tax return. The net amount received is lower than the advertised amount, as the corresponding tax is deducted.

A salary is considered to be paid into the account when the incoming payment is explicitly identified as a salary. Generic transfers are not recognised as salary payments for the purposes of this campaign.

The account has no maintenance fee and does not pay interest, so its AER and TIN are 0%. This account is offered by imaginersGen, S.A., an agent of CaixaBank, S.A., registered with the Bank of Spain under number 2100.

With Bizum you can:

• Send and receive money directly to your bank account.
• Request money from your contacts on your mobile.
• Make secure, commission-free payments.

All of this is done using just the other person’s mobile number—you don't have to know their bank account number.

To use it, both you and the other person must be registered with Bizum. If the other person isn't registered yet, they’ll receive an SMS with a simple link to sign up when you send them a request.

When using the Facilitea voucher, you must keep in mind that:

• It is valid until 31 December 2025.
• It is personal and non-transferable, it cannot be combined with other vouchers and it can only be used once for its full value on purchases that exceed the value of the voucher.
• It is only valid for purchases in the Facilitea Selectplace shop. And it cannot be used on products where Facilitea acts only as an intermediary (like insurance or alarm services), nor on outlet or refurbished items.
• If you return a product purchased with the voucher, you will receive a new voucher with the same validity date. The amount will not be refunded by other means (such as cash or transfer).

When you use the Facilitea voucher, you should be aware that its value is considered investment income in kind. This means it is subject to tax in your personal income tax return, in accordance with current tax regulations. The voucher will be included in the tax year corresponding to when it is used. To simplify this process, CaixaBank will handle the necessary withholding payment to comply with the legal tax obligations.
