1. How many friends can I invite with the "Invite a Friend" campaign?

You can invite up to 10 friends and earn as much as €250!

2. How does the offer to invite a friend work?

You can invite up to 10 friends to sign up as customers with your code. You can do so by sending them the friend code we will give you in the imagin app.

The person you invite will then have to download the imagin app, enter the friend code and accept the terms and conditions once they open the account. If they do not, you will not receive the €25 reward.

Once the person you invite registers, they must keep at least €5 in the account and enable Bizum.

If your friends meet the conditions, you will receive €25 for each one, meaning you can receive a total of €250 if you bring 10 friends.

3. When will I receive the financial incentive of up to €150 for direct depositing my salary?

Once your first pay cheque is direct deposited into your imaginBank account, we will check that everything is OK and if it is, you'll get your financial incentive a few days later.

4. What do I have to do if I've been invited to join imagin with a friend code?

Your friend will send you the code via WhatsApp, which you will have to enter in the Friend Code box when you register with imagin.

Once you do this, open the account and meet the conditions, we will review it and, if everything is OK, your friend will receive the €25.

Once you become a customer, you too can send your code to all your friends and receive up to €250.

5. When will I receive the €25 incentive for each friend I invited?

As soon as your guests meet the conditions, payment will be made between the 5th and 10th of the following month.

6. How long is my friend code good for?

Your code doesn't expire, so you can use it whenever you want. However, keep in mind that the number of rewards is limited to 20,000.

7. Why haven't I received my reward?

There may be three main reasons why you haven't received your reward yet:

A) Your friend has not met all the conditions (register with the code, have a minimum of €5 in the account and enable Bizum).

B) Your friend meets all the conditions and we are checking that everything is OK.

C) Your friend is a CaixaBank customer or has been one in the last 6 months.
