1. If I don't direct deposit my salary, will you charge me fees when I open my account?

No, opening an account and taking out a card in imagin won't cost you anything, whether or not you direct deposit your salary with us. But for a limited time, if you open an imagin account and you direct deposit your salary, you could get up to €150.

2. When will I receive the financial incentive of up to €150 for direct depositing my salary?

Once your first paycheck is direct deposited in your imaginBank account, we will make sure that everything is correct and if it is, you'll get your financial incentive a few days later.

3. How many friends can I invite with the "Invite a Friend" campaign?

You can invite up to 10 friends and earn as much as €250!

4. How does the offer to invite a friend work?

You can invite up to 10 friends to sign up as customers with your code. You can do so by sending them the friend code we will give you in the imagin app.

The person you invite will then have to download the imagin app, enter the friend code and accept the terms and conditions once they open the account. If they do not, you will not receive the €25 reward.

Once the person you invite registers, they must keep at least €5 in the account and enable Bizum.

If your friends meet the conditions, you will receive €25 for each one, meaning you can receive a total of €250 if you bring 10 friends.
