How can I direct deposit my salary?

Bringing your salary to imagin is very easy. In the Products section, select the "Bring your salary" option and choose the account where you want to receive your income. Then, just inform your company of the new account number.

How do I manage my finances from imagin?

From the "My day-to-day" option, you can control your income and your expenses, and make your own budgets. Go to the tutorial to find out!

How can I make a Bizum payment?

From now on, you have to use the imagin app to send money via transfers or Bizum.

  • 1. What are the benefits of being an imagin customer?

    One of the great benefits of being a customer is that you don't need to have your salary paid into your account, a direct debit set up for your bills, or use your card, to avoid us charging maintenance fees for your accounts and cards. You don't need any type of association; you'll just have access to these benefits for being an imagin customer. You can use your imagin card at more than 13,000 ATMs in Spain and you can also use it abroad with great benefits.

  • 2. How do I log in to the imagin App and what should I do if I forget or block my password?

    If you are already a Bankia App user, just download the application and log in with the same login details you used at Bankia. If you have forgotten or blocked your login details, don't worry, you can recover them easily online. Just select the option "Recover passwords" from the imagin app login screen and follow the instructions.

  • 3. How will the change to my account number affect me?

    The IBAN code of your Bankia account has been changed for a new imagin account number. From now on, this will be your new IBAN. However, you won't need to make any changes to your current direct debits, as imagine has taken care it, and has changed them automatically to your new imagin account.

  • 4. Can I continue using the same Bankia card?

    You can continue using your Bankia card and with the same PIN as before. In the imagin App, you can already see your card with the new image, which you will receive physically when it is about to expire.

    You can use your card for shopping and for withdrawing cash on debit, free-of-charge, at any national ATM, from the more than 13,000 ATMs in the CaixaBank network. You can also withdraw cash on debit, without fees, at over 200,000 ATMs of other banks in the rest of the euro zone.

  • 5. How can I see accounts of which I am an authorised user?

    If you are an authorised user of another account and you want to view this account, go to the CaixaBankNow website, identify yourself and go to the imagin space. When you are inside, go to the upper right space and click on "Switch user", and select the account holder of the account you want to see.
